FYI, I just now multiplied the effects of all esteem votes by a smallish
amount. So if your esteem was above baseline, it's now a little more
above baseline. If it was below, it's now a little more below. Because
of this adjustment, 25 people gained a rank and 3 lost a rank.

I'll keep monitoring the state and patterns of people's esteem ranks,
and make more adjustments if necessary. I made this adjustment because I
felt that by this point there should be a greater variance in ranks (no
pun intended).
