Level Up & Experience Totals

Hi folks,

Based on feedback we've gotten on the newbie experience and some of my own plans for the bashing revamp, I've implemented an update to experience totals needed for leveling up. To preface this, we are making this change as currently a common sentiment is that the lower levels rush by incredibly quickly and don't really give you too much room to explore the content around those levels. Some of that is going to be exacerbated by experience bonuses and/or power bashing, and some of that will be addressed later on, but for now we're just focusing on experience totals.

Foremost, the total amount of experience to reach level 100 is exactly the same as previously.

However, what we have done is changed it so that the front end of leveling up requires more experience, while the back end requires less. This creates less of a spike around 75-100 and shifts a small amount of it towards the front.

The long and short of it is something like this:

- Level 30 takes roughly x3 the experience.
- Level 50 takes roughly x9 the experience.
- Level 80 takes roughly x2 the experience.
- After level 80, it is overall less experience to gain levels.
- The mid-point of level 100 ends up around 91, compared to 93 before.

These numbers LOOK like a big change, but realistically remember that early levels don't really have large experience totals. A small number multiplied by nine is still a somewhat small number, especially compared to later levels.

That's all for now, if you have any concerns or questions you are welcome to leave me a message.
