Welcome, everyone. Please bear with us as we attempt to make some order
out of these chaotic first days.

In the next few days, we will be gradually promoting guild and city
members to a level where they can invite new members into their
organizations and ultimately hold referenda to elect leaders. Please do
not ask immortals to appoint you to leadership positions.

This will not be as quick a path as many of you would like, but it is
the best path to ensure representative leadership.
