Only one of each rune type can be attached to a tool.

SYNTAX: ATTACH <rune> TO <tool>

AP: L1, L2, L3 toolboost
A rune of Amelioration. Each level increases skill bonuses granted by a tool by 10% (Surpassing normal maximums). These bonuses include increased nourishment, higher prestige, and longer decay times.
