Below you will find all of the riddles and their answers:

“A rite sought to cure one of Fire’s many forms only to ensure His ultimate demise, all while Gloria faded away on the branches above.”

– An ode to long-gone Rahn, with the biggest indicators being the mention of His falcon Gloria that would have led you to Events post 66 – v2898 – The centre of Yggdrasils’ hollow.

“Though scoured it may be, the battle that wages just beyond the portal used to ritualistically summon rabid demons continues to this day.”

– Few places see battle waging across time as thoroughly as the Shattered Vortex, which contains two portals of entry. Few remember the rabid demons that came initially, and searching Events 184 might have led you to Yetrent’s ritual in the Bloodwood – v56731 – Scoured terrain.

“By rite or by might, the Speaker did appear… cast your gaze aside lest the very sight of Her here, at the apex of Her people’s land, consume you.”

– None survive the gaze of Heva, the Speaker! Her appearance at the apex of Skythrone in response to Bamathis’ actions saw swathes of mortals die by merely attempting to glimpse Her form, as written about in Events 256 – v67757 – Upon an altar made of stone and hemimorphite.

“Evergiving Earth’s musical rite took place here, on the edge of one forest and its once-desiccated neighbor; the nearby trees themselves echo this song these days, alive and reborn.”

– Taking on the guise of Yanai, the rite performed by adventurers in Events 289 saw the ritual cleansing of the desiccated section of the Kalydian (‘the edge of Kalydian’ area) as it transformed into Cantor’s Copse, bringing with it the Arborean race who carry on songs from a time before time – v19889 – Edge of a clearing.

“It’s here that four sets of hands conducted a rite to ensnare and destroy one of Delve’s few protectors, sparking a race to find a newly born replacement that existed per Eschatonian mandate.”

– There are certain factors of the world that simply must be, or so the Eschaton mandates! Though noted only as ‘per ancient mandate’ in Events 351, it was four individuals that took down the Eld’akathi Aiillassa here at v35521 – Within the Twilight Cavern.

“Before a submerged sentinel on this spit of land betwixt mainland and the nearby island, this space was wrought into existence by the chariot ride of a momentarily-victorious Son.”

– Although it doesn’t explicitly state it in Events 387, this clue refers to Bamathis’ ride from Polyargos back to the mainland, the creation of ‘the Drag’ now a forever reminder of the path taken, and along that path you’d find v75563 – Before a submerged sentinel.

“Residing within a now-rebuilt town, this central square was once the arrival point of the Fury’s spawn after a battle ‘twixt Brothers and Their divisions.”

– The Brothers in question here being Damariel and Bamathis, each allowing mortals to take command of divisions of their soldiers, it was at v71305 – The town square of Masilia (or thereabouts) that the Fury, Yvalamon, appeared alongside Its spawn in Events 273/274.

“Take a walk to the beginning of the dock, here on the island that yet basks in the afterglow of a Bull’s excited fecundity.”

– Some might turn up their nose, but Gereghond’s effectiveness can’t be questioned! Following His release, Tcanna saw a rather… prolific offering from the God in Events 435 – v54454 – The beginning of the dock.

“Though now residing in a long hall, this warrior-priestess aided adventurers in awakening a dreamer who meant much to her and her people.”

– Despite Klaana wandering around the southeastern parts of Saluria, Events 76 details her involvement in helping to awaken Omei. Based on the clue, we wanted you to choose v10144 – A long hall.

“Where the bones of a dead petitioner wait eternal, their knocks upon smoothest stone deep within the eastern crags never answered.”

– Hmm, there’s no events post for this one…. weird. Exploring adventurers would certainly have found a skeleton before a smooth stone door at v57377 – Before an ancient seal – within the Dramedo Crags.
