Promo tweaks

Hi folks,
Based on feedback received, I’ve made some tweaks to the Draconic coffer payouts. Notably, the minimum value has been increased slightly from 17cr to 21cr, and draconic relics now have a pity attached to them so you’re always guaranteed to get a piece within 8 coffers.
Everyone who’s purchased coffers so far through the website has been given extra coffers in their inventory, based on their purchases to date. Enjoy!
