Stat Changes

I’m tweaking what stats do a bit and rolling it together with report 3780. In particular, just making some of the less powerful stats a bit better so there’s a more even spread of usefulness.

– Diversion chance is now based on wisdom instead of dexterity.

– Your maximum endurance is now based on strength instead of constitution.

– Blackout bonus/malus reduced to 3% per point of wisdom over/under 14, down from 4%.

– The statpack (dis)advantange Clotting has been renamed to Bleeding.
* Now provides 7% bonus/malus to the bleeding you receive.
* Does not include deep bleeding.
* This works against adventurers and denizens.

– The racial skill Hemostatic now only gives 3% bleeding resistance, down from 5%.
* Still only works against denizens, like before.
