Disfavours and Documentation

Going forward, it is the administration’s request that you keep any documentation of disfavours or similar logged punishments serious and factual. In addition, we would ask that you follow the same guiding principle when documenting reasons for a filed bounty.

In the interest of continued transparency, it is our desire for these records to remain serious so that we can utilise them to verify exchanges related to harassment issues or other disputes. If you show a pattern of unwillingness to follow along with this guideline, please know that we will take appropriate actions that could include traditional punishments or the loss of guild and/or city disfavour privileges.
