Inactive Leaders

Hi folks,

As we’ve been putting so much time into bolstering our org identities and themes over the last year or so, it’s important that our organisations have leaders who are active and enthused in their roles.

With that in mind, we’ve just put live a change where, should an org leader not log in for 20 days consecutively, their post will automatically become vacant.

This applies to guildmasters, city leaders, and council members (including those using the speaker system).

This will be logged when it occurs and those interested can contest the position via vacancy as they would with any empty seat.

It’s my hope that this encourages some positive attitudes towards stepping down and / or removes some of the recitence about contesting obviously ‘vacant’ roles.
