I hate having to do this, especially since most of you are fantastic, but I need to give a quick reality check upon poor or otherwise rude attitudes towards game staff.

The long and short of it is this: we take a zero tolerance approach to people being vile towards staff members, whether that be a volunteer or a paid staff member.

I'm not telling you that you cannot be angry, but I absolutely draw the line at people sending toxic messages to admin, especially when it's over something as mundane as dying in a game. If you're unable to control your temper, I will temporarily ban you from the game so you can cool off and reflect upon your attitude, and the correct way to treat another human.

You are all absolutely capable of engaging in arguments without resorting to that. Let's keep our interactions respectful and constructive.

Just to be clear, this is a rare issue, but one that necessitates a reminder when it pops up. Once again, the majority of you are outstanding and make this community what it is.
