18.2.9.1 Triptycha Tournament

The format for the Triptycha tournament is a best of three knockout style event. Starting pairings will be randomly drawn at the event's start.

At the start of the match, the two participants will flip a coin. The winner of the coin toss gets to decide what rules are played in the first round, and the other participant will decide the rules for the second round. If the match goes to a third round, then the rules of 'random' and 'confusion' will be used.

The following are valid rules you can choose to use for the tournament: artifice(default), truth, random, inversion, undercut, confusion.

There will be a small amount of time between each round to adjust your deck as necessary.

Tournament deck & Reserves
--------------------------
Decks work differently during a tournament, and you will be unable to access your owned tiles and collections during it.

You will be given a tournament disc at the start of the tournament, which will contain 25 random tiles from a variety of tile collections. As you advance through the rounds, you'll gain a supplement tournament disc, which gives you an extra 5 tiles.

You have two decks during a tournament: your tournament deck, and your reserves deck. Reserves are where you put unwanted tiles that you don't want to have available for that match (i.e. in case of a 'random' rule in play). However, your tournament deck cannot have less than 25 tiles in it at once.
