31.3.3 Beggar's Barrow

Beggar's Barrow serves as a refuge for a band of notorious mercenaries and cutthroats who once roamed the Bonro Sands. After being driven from the desert by the Hatshero guard, they became infamously known as the 'Beggars' due to the ancient tunnels they claimed as refuge. From this base, they've continued to unleash frequent attacks on the oasis of Hatshero, menacing merchants unlucky enough to cross their path. 

Located on the northern face of the Dramedo Crags, along the long desert road that connects Dramlai to the Oases Valley, Beggar's Barrow consists of old, abandoned mining tunnels that open onto the crimson sands of the Bonro. Though initially meant for mining, operations ceased abruptly, and the tunnels were vacated, leaving behind a labyrinthine network perfect for those with unsavoury intent.
