The Stormweavers had been trying to figure out what was causing the out of control storm that caused the cave-in within their guildhall, trapping their librarian Carmella behind an unbreakable barrier of crystals that fell down. A storm shaman came to talk to them, alerting them to the cause of the problems.

The storm shaman's sister was to blame, as she became foul and out of control after discovering the Stormweavers had used some of her elements when they created their guildhall. The shaman felt terrible for her sister's actions, but knew there was nothing that she could do to stop her. Worried about the well-being of the elemental planes, the shaman offered to help the Stormweavers make a weapon strong enough to break the crystals, if they would help deal with her sister.

When the shaman was finally able to locate her sister, they found her in Storm's Peak, irrational and out of control. The Stormweavers tried to talk, but it was pointless. She was full of rage and volatile. They recruited the help of some of their peers to put an end to her reign of terror.

Ohm, Melina, Tahirah, Alvetta, Juran, Vasharr, Alexys, Charmaine, and Moriana all gathered to fight, and eventually were able to end the fight for good. With her death, a mithril shard of what seemed to be imbued with elemental energy dropped from her passing.

Melina and Tahirah brought the shard back to the shaman, and with the help of the shaman and their guild tutor, were able to forge a staff and imbue it with all of the elements, making it capable of breaking through the barrier. They were able to smash through it with ease, opening the doorway Finally, Carmella was freed from her crystal prison! The staff was presented to Ohm, the guildmaster of the Stormweavers. A strange weapon able to channel the elements is surely destined for more great things, right?
