Lies, and consequences thereof

Written by: Lieutenant Rijetta Alhazrad, Vafot wo Feyja

Addressed to: Abbess Aloli Gallant

Abbess, I find myself sorely disappointed in you.

It is unbecoming of one so vaunted as you - a leader amongst the Lord of Truth's priesthood, Abbess of the Sentaari, and a wise voice amongst the forest-dwellers - to be held in debt so long, and by your own doing.

Beyond that, you were given the chance to relieve your debt: Esityi demanded of you an offering to repay your crimes, and you have left Her waiting. She is displeased, Abbess, and hiding in the woods will not save you from Her wrath.

I will elucidate your crimes against Her, for those curious: LIES! You openly lied, desperate to get Her attention upon you, a crime deplorable even by my standards - and I steal the souls of innocents. A daughter of the Lord of Truth, a leader even amongst the Divine - LYING! How many warnings do you deserve from Her, Abbess, when you openly admit to such horrid acts? Did you think to catch the Goddess of Corruption Herself in a trap? You have trapped only yourself.

Her Will is thus, spoken forth to the public by Her Voice! Esityi knows mercy, and this is the final mercy She offers you: seven weeks. You have seven weeks to repay your debt, Abbess, else Her faithful shall be loosed upon the targets She has laid forth for us, and they will be introduced to Her Spiral.

Do not disappoint Her further, Abbess.

Abi dor Esityi.

Penned by my hand on Gosday, the 18th of Arios, in the year 485 MA.
