Accepted apology

Greetings Galadriel,

While I have not asked for an apology from you, I will accept it on behalf of the Sentaari monastery and myself.

I am grateful to the Heartwood Speakers and Voice or assisting in laying this matter to rest.

From the Sentaari, we recognize it takes courage to admit and acknowledge when one is wrong. It takes courage to apologize when one has hurt, offended, or caused others hardship. It takes more courage and great strength to be humble and apologize sincerely - and this is a different kind of strength from physical prowess. Apologies are not for us but for those we've wronged. However, it still takes a great deal of self-reflection through meditation to genuinely apologize. As such, the Sentaari accept the apology you've made.

Sacrifice is at the heart of repentance, but without deeds, our apologies are shallow. With that said, I pray for the right actions in the future as they are the best of apologies for the wrong actions of the past.

Personally, I would be remiss to discount my Father's, the Unbound's, words and so, for this incident and those before, I forgive you and I accept both apologies you've made. On my behalf, and on Brother Kalinaar's, since he currently travels.

Even though I have said this to the private message you sent, I will repeat it, thank you. I am relieved this situation is behind us all, and I look forward to this being the last we communicate.

Sincerely,
Abbess Aloli Gallant

Penned by my hand on Falsday, the 3rd of Ios, in the year 483 MA.
