Since a few sessions have already gone all the way to the 4-hour hard limit on instances, you can now stroke the stone in the room to reset the timer to 4 hours again. Only one party needs to do it and it'll reset the timer for both participants.

So for you people involved in crazy long RP, just make sure you stroke the stone every few hours so you don't get kicked out.
