- Necromancy Chill now bestows a debuff that freezes the target three times.
* No longer applies a freeze on cast, but does a little damage now.
* Ticks every 3 seconds.
* Leeched aura no longer has any effect on the skill.
- Tarot Fool cooldown reduced to 20 seconds, down from 25.
- Illumination Cleansing cooldown increased to 15 seconds, up from 10.
- Fixed Devotion Peace equilibrium cost being set to 2.8 seconds, should've been 3.
* As per Announce post 2916.
- Corpus Purify now has its own unique message, as it matched Woodlore Might before.
