Bug fixes & tweaks

- Blood Level no longer costs equilibrium, was rather unnecessary.
- Fixed infernal shroud blocking you from curing ablaze (was an accidental hold over from original Zealot).
- Fixed Elemancy skills not checking for ablaze resistance skills on delivery, like Fireblock.
- Fixed Elemancy skills curing the ablaze affliction when under the effects of Heatspear.
- Tenacity Toss now checks for shield/barrier when the axe falls instead of on throw.
- Fixed Elemancy Mistral always using the Water-Resonance effect's equilibrium time.
- Fixed Elemancy Torrent's ceiling slam being brute sourced instead of magic sourced.
- The Frostbrand from Elemancy Direfrost would fail to deliver ice_encased if the target was already frozen. This is fixed, and each attempt to give the target the frozen affliction will proc the ice_encased check.
- Certain passives from both Sciomancer and Ascendril will no longer trigger Tekura blocks, skills like Kaido Deliverance, etc.
- Fixed a typo in Thaumaturgy Inferno when it knocked your balance.
- Thaumaturgy Shift was meant to last 3 seconds to sync with its equilibrium, but the two timers were often going out of sync which was leading to some unintended interactions (especially with queueing). I've changed it so the shift defence is now stripped when you recover equilibrium.
- Gravitation Remove now needs you to be on-equilibrium to use.
- Fixed a typo when your singularity follows you through Gravitation Tether.
- Items in your orbit that normally drop on death/logout/etc (e.g. plants) will now also fall from your orbit when you die/logout/etc.
