I've changed hammer tattoo so it now tells you who you used it against when they have no shield.

Additionally, I've updated HELP LONGFORM AFFS with some new things (dislocations) and removed all the afflictions that weren't limb based (as they read fine without a longform anyway). You shouldn't need to change anything to keep your system working other then adding the dislocation ones.
