Max health and mana

I've changed how max health and mana are calculated at the back end. Bonuses that give you a percent-based increase are no longer applied one after the other, instead now the amount you would receive is totalled together and then applied.

For example, under the previous system, let's assume you had two defences that granted 5% each with 1000 health.

Before you would get:
1000 x 1.05 x 1.05 = 1102 health

Now you would get:
1000 x (1 + 0.05 + 0.05) = 1100 health

I've done this to slightly reduce some of the really high HP and MP totals that have been seen.
