Thaumaturgy

- [2727] Eruption now has a 4 second delay before it activates.
* You won't be able to RECALL or PUSH your fulcrum while Eruption is active.
* I've also added some extra messages and general polish to when you get moved by Eruption.
- [2717] Glimpses are now attached to your fulcrum, and will go where it goes.
* All other effects were already attached to the fulcrum, so I have not changed them.
- [2717] You can now recast Harmony, Alert, and Glimpse to refresh their timers.
