Omniscience

Hey folks,

Years ago we removed the ability for anybody except paid staff to have access to Omniscience (alerts we get when someone says a certain keyword such as our name). Today, we've added back an extremely limited version of it to them in order to facilitate a degree of roleplay.

It works on the following conditions:
- Only using the God's FULL name anywhere in a SAY or EMOTE will alert them. Nothing else.
- It only works if you are saying their name on Sapience, and not in a private room.
- The God has the ability to turn alerts off and on at will, so they may not always hear it.
- The God's player has to be online to see the alert, they don't get notified if they're offline.

The idea here is that if you're invoking the God's full name out loud, you are drawing their attention to you. Please keep in mind this comes with the usual in-character repercussions if you are doing something that God disapproves of.

However, this is NOT to be used for harrassing our volunteer players such as spamming their name or SAYing abusive OOC things about them (e.g. 'say Man the player of Severn is dumb').

Please consider this a roleplay tool, and make use of it accordingly.

Penned by my hand on Kinsday, the 10th of Chakros, in the year 485 MA.
