As we did in the past, the Grand Library is once again dedicating its resources to understanding the Orrery of the Spheres and its strange interaction with the planes. To that end, we will be sending some of our researchers to its new location for study.

However, our studies can only be done when the Orrery has been empowered. To that end, we are now offering a bounty to ensure this necessary task is done: each time the Orrery is empowered, a payment in resources will be made to the cities aligned with the empowering side.
