Team points explanation

Just a verbose example to clarify a bit on how obtaining team points works in normal events when there's multiple people from the same team participating.

Tiur, Razmael and Keroc are in Team We Code Everything.
Antehe and Kyna are in Team Compulsive Confection.
Diogen and Silena are in Team Weird.
Tedrunai and Ceraen are in Team Proggers.
Nils, Arayl and Hammar are in Team New Kids.

They all participate in the Muscle Flexing competition. Here's how the rankings looked:

Individual points Team Points
1st Antehe 5 5
2nd Razmael 4 4
3rd Tiur 3 -
4th Kyna 2 -
5th Ceraen 1 3
6th Tedrunai - -
7th Diogen - 2
8th Silena - -
9th Nils - 1
10th Arayl - -
11th Hammar - -
12th Keroc - -

From this example you can see that individual points ALWAYS go to the top five.

For team points, if your team has already placed in the team points scoring, your other team members are skipped for the team points. You can see this happen a few times in the example above, with Kyna and Tiur being skipped because their respective team mates, Antehe and Razmael, placed higher. Thus 3rd place for the team points goes to the next highest person in a different team, Ceraen, who excludes his team mate Tedrunai from getting the 4th place team points.

Hopefully that helps and didn't just leave you all more confused.
