October Liaison Reports are Open!

Submission of liaison reports has opened once more. You will have two
weeks (Until 15th October) to submit up to 2 reports (6 for liaisons).
As with rounds past, liaisons may submit reports by proxy for
non-liaison parties.

As you craft your reports, keep in mind the following guidelines:

* Problems must be specific -- Don't simply say "Blasphemy damage is too
low." Rather, briefly explain how you feel the perceived lack of damage
affects combat viability in the context of the class as a whole.

* Somewhat conversely, reports must be concise -- Try to boil your
report down to the most important points. External references such as
pastebin will not be considered.

* Think small tweaks -- The summer and winter rounds often bring
sweeping class changes, with many new abilities and mechanics. The
spring and autumn rounds are meant for more modest balancing and ability
additions. Focus on simple, impactful changes over the suggestion of new
mechanics.

* We reserve the right to create our own solutions -- If we agree with
the premise you present in your "Problem" section but don't care for the
offered solutions, we will consult with the liaisons and craft a
strategy of best fit.

We're all looking forward to hearing your thoughts! Get to work!
