| Customer service is an important part of any MUD, and Aetolia prides itself on attentive customer service. There are three main ways to obtain customer service: |
| File an issue, using the in-game ISSUE command. Issues are taken care of by our Administrators. |
Speak to a visible Administrator (Alecto, Megaera, Tisiphone). |

| When dealing with our customer service, remember that they are people too, and that in many cases they are volunteers who just want to make Aetolia a better place for everyone. Please treat them with respect. |
